Fitness Interval Training
A variety class including high intensity intervals, circuit training, tabata, crossfit style, plyometrics and more. Working all major muscle groups with a targeted ab/core section included in each workout. A great balance for your yoga or surfing. Get strong, get lean and improve your cardiac fitness! Come prepared to sweat. Running shoes and water recommended. All levels welcome.

Gina Blumes is a Canadian chasing three kids around Nosara. Back home, she was a registered occupational therapist and then a group fitness instructor. She is certified in Canada by the AFLCA in Group Exercise with portable equipment, Spin and Ripped certified. Gina is passionate about fitness and has enjoyed teaching a variety of classes including Bootcamp, Ripped, Spin, High Intensity Interval Training, Total Body Sculpt and many more. She is a two time Ironman Canada finisher and has competed in numerous triathlons and marathons. She has also started the grassroots recreational running group, "PuraVida Runners of Nosara". Gina is excited to bring a different style of sweating to Nosara!
