Yoga classes

 

 

 

 

Wednesday afternoon Yoga Flow, with Anne Nichols @ 4:30pm :

This class is designed with the flow and movement of a Vinyasa class while incorporating many Ashtanga based postures.  During the hour we will link flowing poses and sequences to the breath. This class is generally a more vigorous and athletic approach to yoga, but it is friendly for beginners and experienced yogi alike.

Anne was born and raised in the States and is currently living in Nosara.  After trying both yoga and Pilates many years ago she was hooked. Since that time she has taught throughout Southern California.  Anne's teaching style is a mix between Vinyasa and Ashtanga with a heavy emphasis on alignment and breath.  She strongly believes that the mind, body, and spirit connection can benefit everyone.  Anne's background and practice has been a blend of classical Pilates (mat and full equipment), Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Iyengar.
