Community Classes
During Jane's absence, from December 18th to January 8th, Lew-Ann Leen will be leading Hatha Yoga classes on Mondays and Fridays at 8:15am.

Private Classes for individuals or groups of up to 10 people, with any of our instructors are also possible upon request.

Our classes are suitable for anyone from the first time exercisers to more advanced athletes, helping re-shape your body, improving your posture and relieving stress and tension. These classes are particularly recommended for anyone with back problems and is also an ideal regime for injury rehabilitation.
At Nosara Wellness we take exercise seriously. We know the benefits of proper exercise, but we also recognize the risks of unsupervised wrongly executed routines. Our classes will allow you to develop your proficiency in a controlled environment.
For those of you who have never done any form of exercise, we recommend at least one private session to explain the basic in full and prepare you for the group classes.
