Our classes are suitable for anyone from the first time exercisers to more advanced athletes, helping re-shape your body, improving your posture and relieving stress and tension. These classes are particularly recommended for anyone with back problems and is also an ideal regime for injury rehabilitation. For those of you who have never done any form of exercise, we recommend at least one private session to explain the basic in full and prepare you for the group classes. We are delighted to offer this variety of classes here at Nosara Wellness and are always happy to help you with any questions you may have. |
