Spiritual and Somatic Life Coaching with Katherine is truly about setting a new course for your life. It is our birthright to come into alignment with our authentic selves and then bring the gifts of who we are to the world. And, for most of us, our lives have taught us that it’s not safe to be who we truly are. Katherine will guide you to your deep inner knowing so you can begin to live from this place, free from fear and connected with deep self-love. Often this looks like clearing away old beliefs or stuck energy stored in the body that is blocking this alignment. Katherine asks for a minimum of a 3 month commitment (9 sessions), to create time for lasting transformation. |

TRE- Tension and Trauma Release Exercises Katherine may recommend that TRE become part of your wholeness journey. TRE is a method developed by David Berceli, Ph.D., to trigger the body's natural tension and trauma release mechanism. Adding this tool to a weekly routine gives your body a way to release old tension patterns and prevent the adding of new ones. Sessions are 60 minutes each and will be held on Videoconferencing. She sees her clients 3 times per month, typically the first 3 weeks of the month. Rate : Sessions are $250 per session with a sliding scale and packages available.
